SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

Thank you for shopping with Helixmane. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our US-based fulfillment partner, Supliful.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Once your order has been accepted and sent to our fulfillment team, it cannot be edited or cancelled.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:


Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • Available for all orders to the contiguous US


Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after fulfillment
  • Available at checkout where offered


Important: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.


CANADA SHIPPING

We ship to Canada via our US fulfillment center. Please note the following:

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
  • All orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery
  • Helixmane is not responsible for delays caused by Canadian customs processing


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@helixmane.com.


SHIPPING DELAYS

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Helixmane is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays or capacity issues
  • Customs processing (for Canadian orders)
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Events outside of our reasonable control


Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.


LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@helixmane.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Helixmane cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@helixmane.com. Once an order has been accepted and passed to our fulfillment team, address changes may not be possible.
