ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or opened/used products.

We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please contact us at hello@helixmane.com.


WHEN WE OFFER A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you in the following situations:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong product
• Your order is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost orders) with your order number and photos where applicable.


HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

Email us at hello@helixmane.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item or packaging (for damaged/wrong items)

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.


REFUND PROCESSING

If a refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the amount.
